Role of the site

The site presents drone services, mapping, monitoring, aerial photography and related activities. The information published is general and may be updated without prior notice.

Requests, quotes and contracting

Submitting a request through the site, email or phone does not automatically create a contractual relationship. Quotes, timelines, deliverables and prices are established individually based on location, surface, flight conditions, technical requirements and availability.

A quote becomes binding only after the express confirmation of the parties and, where applicable, signing a contract/order.

Operational conditions

Drone services may depend on weather, field access, aeronautical restrictions, authorizations, operational safety and local conditions. We may postpone, modify or refuse work if there are risks, missing information or impossibility to execute in compliant conditions.

Use of the site

• Do not send abusive, false, illegal messages or messages that infringe other people's rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scanning, automated copying or disruption of the site.
• Do not use site content in a way that may create confusion with the Blackout Media brand.
